How to Prepare Your Sea Moss Gel

From ocean-harvested sea moss to a smooth, mineral-rich gel in just a few simple steps.

01 — Rinse

Thoroughly rinse your dried sea moss with cool, clean water to remove any natural sea salt, sand, or ocean debris. Rinse several times until the water runs clear.

02 — Soak

Place the cleaned sea moss in a large bowl and completely cover with fresh spring or filtered water. Allow it to soak for 12–24 hours at room temperature. The sea moss will naturally expand and soften.

03 — Blend

Drain the soaking water and add the softened sea moss to a high-speed blender. Add fresh filtered or spring water a little at a time and blend until smooth and creamy.

04 — Chill
